The location was perfect, really close to Old Boma Museum. I liked the room, it was well-appointed and reasonably large and complete with a view on Mt Meru and twin beds. Everything was nice, yet a few employees were really slow.

The hotel was what I loved during the trip. The property was comfortable modern and reliable, yet I stayed for 8 nights only. The staff was smart and committed, and requests were handled quickly. The room was well-appointed and provided with the garden, great view plus a bathtub.

They offer reasonably large, soundproof rooms with a bathtub, a verandah and a scenic view. The services are superb, including an excellent pool.

The Mount Meru Hotel in Arusha surpassed my expectations. The extremely kind reception staff and helpful concierge service, especially Mariam Charles, made our stay enjoyable. The clean suite and excellent breakfast were highlights, as well as the friendly staff throughout the hotel. The pool area was also very nice.

I stayed at this hotel for trip, it was a comfortable stay. The pool was excellent, the staff here was smart. Appreciated the very comfy bed in my standard king room. The view from the venue was wonderful and the breakfast was varied and super with hot options and drinks like capuchino coffee, as example. The location was amazing and stunning - only a short distance to everywhere I wanted to go. A few times I ate at Masai Caffe, located relatively near the hotel.

The restaurant offered a wide selection of delicious food, especially the breakfast buffet, which I will greatly miss. The hotel's location was perfect, being close to various attractions and offering a beautiful view of the surrounding area. Additionally, the hotel had a well-curated shop where I could find Tanzanite. the experience was delightful and made me feel like I could live here.
